Shoulder pulling is a critical road maintenance practice that restores proper drainage, rebuilds roadway edges and extends the lifespan of municipal road infrastructure. Throughout the construction season, RTRC crews work across the county improving road profiles, restoring drainage and helping ensure safer, more reliable routes for residents, agricultural producers and commercial traffic.
